Foodies with a hankering for the best fine dining experiences will want to attend Carbone Beach during this year’s Miami Grand Prix, May 1 through May 3.
The chic “Supper Club on the Sand” will include food and beverages from the now world-famous Carbone, as well as live entertainment each night. Following a cocktail hour overlooking the ocean, attendees will enjoy a multi-course meal featuring beloved signature dishes from Carbone’s menu. A press release for the event also promises “surprise performances and unforgettable moments” each night.
The event is highly exclusive, a pillar social gathering during the Miami Grand Prix, and includes high-profile, celebrity attendees across industries.
One ticket starts at $3,000, plus tax.
What Else Is There To Know About Carbone Beach 2026?
A stop amid Formula 1‘s 2026 calendar, the Miami Grand Prix promises additional doses of high-end automobiles, speed, and top-of-the-line luxury to an already extravagant “Magic City.” The international motor racing competition has been held in Miami since 2022.
Carbone is a celebrity-loved, midcentury Italian-American-inspired fine dining restaurant chain with locations in high-flyer hubs across the world. In addition to the original establishment in New York City, Carbone can also be found in London, Hong Kong, Riyadh, Dubai, Doha, Las Vegas, Dallas, and of course, Miami. The luxe restaurant chain is a product of Major Food Group, which Chef Mario Carbone also co-founded. Major Food Group is a restaurant and hospitality company that specializes in “luxury lifestyle experiences,” per its website. This year, the latter and American Express (AmEx) are presenting the fifth edition of Carbone Beach.
As of this report, only tickets for Night 1 (Friday, May 1) of Carbone Beach 2026 are still available via Resy. You’ll need to use an eligible AmEx card to make the purchase. There’s currently an option to be notified if tickets become available for Saturday and Sunday.
